Returns accepted within 30 days from the date your order is received.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is received. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email support@autopartswarehousehubx.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear. The original $7.95 shipping charge is non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund, including shipping.
